When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 10 business days. Orders containing custom products will ship within 21 business days or less, not including weekends or holidays. Preorders have their own stated TAT. This time does not include in transit time with shipping carriers. TAT may be extended in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, supply delay, or emergency.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for the carrier to receive your shipment. We ship at our discretion via USPS and UPS, and to US addresses. Please note: Carriers do not cover stolen packages (packages showing delivered, but not received). We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
While we will do our best to create a custom fragrance you'll love, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. Replacements may be issued in the event of a product quality issue, however, we reserve the right to request the original product be returned before replacement or refund is issued for verification and testing. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent strength. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent or product dislike.

This was a sneaky one! At first, I got way to much alcohol. But once that dissipated, it is so good! I have the OG in timeout but will compare them and of course layer. Simple fluffy delicious marshmallow, yes please!
Royally Fluffed is my Absolute Favorite. I love her. It’s not only Amazing by itself, it is essential for those who like to layer or who like to create their own unique blend. Royally Fluffed layered with most fragrances turns it into a new favorite scent. If you don’t have, please buy her. You won’t be disappointed. Strength and Projection 10/10.
Royally Fluffed is that girl if you love a true marshmallow scent. This is soft, sweet, fluffy marshmallow with sugar and vanilla — simple in the best possible way. No weird plasticky note, no sharpness, no perfume-y detour. Just pretty, cozy, sugary marshmallow goodness. ✨
This scent has me in a chokehold, it is vanilla, sugary, fluffy goodness … you won’t be disappointed in this scent, get it in all forms.
