When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 10 business days. Orders containing custom products will ship within 21 business days or less, not including weekends or holidays. Preorders have their own stated TAT. This time does not include in transit time with shipping carriers. TAT may be extended in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, supply delay, or emergency.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for the carrier to receive your shipment. We ship at our discretion via USPS and UPS, and to US addresses. Please note: Carriers do not cover stolen packages (packages showing delivered, but not received). We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
While we will do our best to create a fragrance you'll love, however, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. Replacements may be issued in the event of a product quality issue, however, we reserve the right to request the original product be returned before replacement or refund is issued for verification and testing. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent strength. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent or product dislike.

I received this as a sample and cannot wait to get it in EVERYTHING. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a skin scent: close, intimate, soft, and not "too" clean. The musk stays skin-soft, the vanilla and marshmallow round everything out, and the amber/woods give it just enough warmth without making it heavy. And she layers beautifully, while staying herself: soft, close, warm, intimate, angora-skin vanilla.
Vanilla Halo is the most gorgeous skin scent that will be loved by gourmand lovers and freshie lovers alike!! It’s sweet, warm, and cozy. Perfect for any season and signature scent worthy!!! I purchased the mist, but also plan on getting bodycare and the perfume because it’s that good!
