When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 10 business days. Orders containing custom products will ship within 21 business days or less, not including weekends or holidays. Preorders have their own stated TAT. This time does not include in transit time with shipping carriers. TAT may be extended in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, supply delay, or emergency.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for the carrier to receive your shipment. We ship at our discretion via USPS and UPS, and to US addresses. Please note: Carriers do not cover stolen packages (packages showing delivered, but not received). We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
While we will do our best to create a fragrance you'll love, however, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. Replacements may be issued in the event of a product quality issue, however, we reserve the right to request the original product be returned before replacement or refund is issued for verification and testing. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent strength. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent or product dislike.

This is the cotton candy/marshmallow scent we’ve all been chasing. You can stop looking — it’s here, and it’s marvelous. ☁️🍬XoXo is fluffy, sweet, pink, airy, and soft in exactly the right way. It gives me that spun sugar + marshmallow magic without going waxy, powdery, or weird. It’s playful and pretty on its own, but it’s also one of those scents that makes everything you layer it with better — softer, sweeter, fluffier, happier. ✨ I'm obsessed. 💕
I have the OG this is inspired by, and I was skeptical that this could compete, but whew! The opening is a bit strange for like 2 seconds, but the scent immediately starts to transform before your eyes (your nose?). Sparkly sweet cotton candy gives way to pure marshmallow that projects off of your skin and clothes. 10/10 for me. I need the full body care collection of this one.
Such a great cotton candy marshmallow for the price. For the mist there's a slight alcohol scent on initial spray but it instantly dries down to a really beautiful cotton candy marshmallow and she projects! I get so many compliments
